Lustique Co. – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your date. Bookings are only confirmed once payment and completed forms have been received. Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates without this.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 business days before your event, via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Failure to settle the balance on time may result in forfeiture of your booking.

Trials & Previews

Trial Sessions

Trials are encouraged and scheduled by appointment at our studio:
524 Peerboom Street, Doornpoort, Pretoria.
Trials must be booked at least 1 month before your event to ensure availability and preparation time.

Please refer to your selected package or current promotions to determine whether a trial is included or quoted separately.

Travel & On-Location Services

  • Travel is included within a 15km radius of our studio.

  • Beyond that, a travel fee of R5/km (round trip) applies.

  • Early start fees apply if services begin before 07:00 AM (quoted case-by-case).

  • Accommodation fee: For locations requiring an overnight stay, a surcharge of R1000 per artist per night will be added to your quote.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations

The 50% booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Cancellations within 14 business days of the event will be billed in full, as time and resources have already been allocated.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs, particularly if prices have changed since the original booking.

Artist Cancellation

In the unlikely event of an emergency that prevents us from providing your service, Lustique Co. will arrange for a trusted and qualified replacement artist or offer a full refund of any payments made (excluding trials already completed).

Etiquette, Timing & Client Conduct

Our mission is to create a serene, luxurious environment for every client. Please consider the following:

  • Timeliness is essential. Delays from clients or their party may affect the final results and overall schedule.

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Please ensure they do not interfere with our professional equipment or personnel.

  • Disrespectful behaviour (including blame-shifting or confrontational communication) will not be tolerated. We are here to support your day, not to absorb mistreatment.

We reserve the right to leave or discontinue services if the working environment is unsafe or disruptive.

Allergies, Hygiene & Liability

We maintain the highest hygiene standards and use quality, professional-grade products. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities prior to services. Lustique Co. is not liable for adverse reactions where information was not disclosed.

Photography & Portfolio Use

We love showcasing the incredible transformations we’re part of. We kindly request that couples share professional wedding photographs post-event for use in our portfolio, website, or social platforms (with credit to the photographer).

Images are used with discretion and always in alignment with our brand’s refined aesthetic.
